Lifetime Filters

LIFETIME filter is made from seven layers of expanded sheet Aluminum known as 3003-h14, expanded to .031 strand. Frames are made from sheet aluminum .040 thickness and roll formed to allow for precise dimensions, then joined together by aluminum rivets at one corner. These sturdy Aluminum filters are precision made and thoroughly tested, exceeding the test requirements for Fed. Spec. ASTMF872. The Lifetime filtering element will retain 571 grams of dust per 2.25 sq. ft. (20x20 filter) of filter area. Resistance when clean is .077 w.g. at 350 FPM air velocity. The maximum temperature range of the LIFETIME filter is 250 degrees F. The Smith LIFETIME filter is designed to be used in automatic heating, ventilation or air conditioning units plus other applications where a sturdy permanent filter is required.

Construction: Fram shall be formed aluminum channel, seccurely connected with heavy rivets. Filter media shall consist of no less than 7 assure maximum filtering and internal loading capabilities. Filters shall retain 571 grams of dust per 2.25sq. feet of filter area. Resistance when clean is .077w.g. at 350 FPM air velocity.

Material: Filtering element shall be processed from Aluminum, no foam Aluminum, .040 thickness, joined with aluminum rivets. The maximum temperature range on the Lifetime is 250 degrees. Drain holes properly located on 1" and 2" filters allow for proper drainage.
