Shipping Information: We do drop ship most of our item straight from the manufacturers and lead times are as followed: Normal lead time is 5-7 business days. During heavy volume times lead times could be 10-14 business days.

Return Policiy: Please make sure that the item you are buying is what you need. Please ask any questions before you purchase. Please keep in mind that furnace filters have a nominal size (which is how they are listed) and an actual size, so if unsure please ask. Returns are only allowed as exchanges (unless otherwise disscussed) and the buyer is responsible for any additional charges and all shipping charges. Shipping charges have been included in the price of the item. A $15.00 return fee will be sutract from any refund given on furnace filters. A $10.00 return fee will be subtracted from any other item listed in our store upon a refund. So again, please ask any questions before you buy.
