Electrostatically Charged, 100% Synthetic Media Heavy-duty, Moisture Resistant Construction

The filtering material is made from a special pretested blend of cotton and polyester fibers. The media is bonded to a special galvanized steel, expanded metal support grid with a 95% open face area. The media and metal combination is designed to prevent sagging and collapse since they are bonded tightly to the frame, eliminating any air bypass.

The frame is a special diecut, solid Draft board with extra moisture resistance, designed to prevent collapse under extreme humidity conditions.

These Pleats are rated at 30-35% average atmospheric dust stop efficiency with a 90% (or greater) average synthetic dust weight arrestance when tested in accordance with ASHRAE 52-76 standard test method.
